Reminder : The annual tonnage dues shall be paid at the time of registration of the yacht and shall be payable annually on or before the anniversary of the date of registration of the yacht. Please be informed that under Section 17(1)(b) of the Langkawi International Yacht Registry Act 2003, the Director of Marine may terminate the registration upon failure to pay any fees payable under said Act.
